Nostra Plus and Billing
How do I cancel Nostra Plus?
On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Nostra, and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep Plus until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting the App or your account does not cancel a subscription.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles all App Store payments, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
I paid but Plus is not showing
Open the Nostra Plus screen in the App and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID you subscribed with. If that does not work, email us with your username and the date you subscribed.
Deleting Your Account
To delete your Nostra account, email info@nostrasky.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”, or send the same request through Contact / Feedback in the App. We will confirm the request and then delete your account and the data linked to it, including your birth data, charts, journal entries, community posts, Oracle conversations and the messages you have sent us, within 30 days.
Before you delete your account:
- Cancel Nostra Plus in your Apple ID settings. Deleting your account does not cancel the subscription, and we cannot cancel it for you.
- Deletion is permanent. We cannot restore an account or its journal afterwards.
We may keep purchase records for as long as the law requires. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Your Chart
I do not know my birth time
Leave it blank. Nostra will read every planet against your chart, but leave out the rising sign, the Midheaven and the houses, which depend on the exact time. You can add the time later.
How do I change my birth data?
In the Charts tab, tap Re-enter Chart Data on your saved chart, or edit it in Profile. Your readings update from your new chart.
Western or Vedic?
When you enter your chart, choose Western for the tropical zodiac or Vedic for the sidereal zodiac (Lahiri ayanamsa), and pick a house system: Placidus, Whole Sign, Equal, Koch or Porphyry.
Privacy and Sharing
In Profile, choose whether other members can see your Sun sign or your Sun, Moon and rising signs, and whether friends can see your chart. Your journal is private. The Privacy Policy explains what is shared, with whom and why.
Reporting a Problem
To report a post, a member or behaviour that breaks our Community Rules, or a security issue, email info@nostrasky.com with the username, the community and what happened. We review every report.
